Common cleaning of fiber Cleaver

Preparation tools: Absorbent cotton, tweezers, brush, anhydrous alcohol

1. Use the brush to gently sweep away the dust

2. Use absorbent cotton soaked in alcohol to wipe rubber mat and pressure plate

Adjustment of Fiber Cleaver

Preparation tools:1.5inch Allen key and Phillips screwdriver

1. How to adjust the fiber cleaver blade cutting point

Use a screwdriver to loosen the screw clockwise, turn the blade to change the cutting point, and tighten the screw counterclockwise

2. How to adjust the blade height higher

Preparation tool :1.5inch Allen key screwdriver

Use the wrench to turn No. 1 screw 1/4 anti-clockwise and tighten No. 2 screw clockwise

3. How to adjust the blade height lower

Preparation tool :1.5inch Allen key screwdriver

Use the wrench to turn No. 2 screw 1/4 counterclockwise and No. 1 screw to tighten clockwise

4. Replacement of Fiber Clamps

Use the wrench to loosen the screw counterclockwise

Use the wrench to tighten the screw clockwise
