 1. Generally, it barely used for FTTH,FTTX, monitoring, maintenance, short -distance trunk line.

 

 2.Splicing time: The splicing time refers to the time when the fiber is placed in the fiber holder, the time of the splicing from the beginning to the time to complete the melting process; the shorter the splicing time, the higher the work efficiency during construction. Good fiber fusion splicer has high technical indicators, and the faster splicing speed. The conventional machine is spliced within 10 seconds.

  

3. Heating time: The shrinkable sleeve needs to be heated after the fiber spliced. The shorter the heating time in the heat shrinking sleeve, the better; the common heating time is generally about 20 seconds.

  4. Fusion loss: The most important thing for the fiber fusion splicer is to see the loss after the splicing. The less the loss, the better. Now most splicing machine fusion loss is about 0.02db.

 

 5. Battery power supply: The larger the battery capacity, the longer the time it is charged, the same meaning of the battery capacity of the mobile phone.

  

  6. Operation environment: such as altitude, temperature, etc.; How to be in a very cold place in special areas, because it is discharged during splicing, so consider temperature and altitude; the larger the scope of support, the better the machine.

  

  7. Machine size: This is the convenient operation of the machine


  8. Fiber amplification multiple: This parameter can be used as a reference basis for a fiber fusion splicer function. The larger the magnification, the more accurate the fiber fusion splicer splice, and the loss will be lower.
